Toviri Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Toviri website, mobile application and related products and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using Toviri, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Toviri is provided by REY360 Technologies Ltd., a company operating in the United Kingdom and Nigeria. References to "Toviri", "we", "us" or "our" mean REY360 Technologies Ltd.

1. About Toviri

Toviri is a travel-planning platform that provides AI-powered itineraries, local transport information, safety and emergency tools (I-Safe), health profile features, cultural experiences, and financial tools such as iSave travel budgeting. Toviri is operated by REY360 Technologies Ltd., a UK-registered company.

2. Eligibility

To use Toviri, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old (for UK users) or 18 years old (for Nigerian users);
• Have the legal capacity to form a binding contract;
• Agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy; and
• Use the Services in compliance with all applicable local laws.

Minors may only use Toviri under the supervision of a legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on their behalf.

3. Your account

When creating a Toviri account:

• You must provide accurate, current and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
• You agree not to share your account with others or impersonate any person.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or suspected breach.

Toviri may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or where we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud or misuse of the Services.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Toviri for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, probe or disrupt the platform or its security;
• Upload or distribute malware, viruses or harmful code;
• Use Toviri to harass, stalk, threaten or harm any individual;
• Misrepresent your identity during Solo Match, Local Connect or similar features.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that breach these rules or otherwise misuse the Services.

6. Bookings & third-party services

Toviri may redirect or connect you to third-party providers for:

• Transport bookings;
• Hotel and accommodation reservations;
• Flights;
• Tours, attractions and local activities.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Toviri does not handle these bookings directly. We are not liable for any issues arising from third-party platforms, including (but not limited to):

• Delays or cancellations;
• Extra fees or changes in pricing;
• Unavailability of services;
• User dissatisfaction; or
• Local regulations and compliance of those providers.

Toviri is a planning tool, not a regulated travel agency. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting each provider’s own terms and conditions.

7. Intellectual property

All content on Toviri, including but not limited to:

• Logos and branding;
• Source code and software components;
• Designs, layouts and UI/UX elements;
• Features and algorithm logic; and
• Text, images, media and other creative content

is the intellectual property of REY360 Technologies Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, sell, distribute, reverse engineer or replicate any part of the Toviri platform except as permitted by law or with our prior written consent.

8. Fees and subscription

Toviri may operate a freemium and subscription-based model. Payments may apply for:

• Monthly or yearly subscription plans;
• Premium or Pro features; and
• Special offers, bundles or add-ons.

Unless required by law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for past periods.

Pricing displayed in the app or on the website typically applies as:

• GBP pricing for UK customers; and
• NGN pricing for Nigerian customers.

9. Safety features disclaimer

While Toviri’s safety functions (including I-Safe) are designed to support users, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Toviri cannot guarantee emergency response times;
• Toviri does not replace police, ambulance, fire or other official services;
• Network failures, GPS inaccuracies, device issues or third-party outages may affect emergency alerts and location sharing.

You remain responsible for your personal safety and for contacting official emergency services when needed.

10. Limitation of liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We are not liable for:

• Loss of or damage to data;
• Device or hardware issues;
• Errors made by third-party booking platforms;
• Personal injury or loss incurred during travel;
• Unreliable or outdated transport schedules; or
• Misinformation submitted by users or third parties.

To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claims relating to the Services will not exceed the total amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Toviri, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms;
• You engage in harmful, abusive or fraudulent behaviour;
• You attempt unauthorised access or compromise platform security; or
• You abuse safety or reporting tools.

You may delete your account at any time via in-app settings or by contacting us. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued up to that point.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by:

• United Kingdom law for users located in the UK;
• Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria for users located in Nigeria; and
• Applicable local laws for international users, to the extent they apply mandatorily.

Any legal disputes will be handled by the appropriate courts or tribunals in the relevant jurisdiction, subject to applicable conflict-of-laws rules.

13. Changes to these Terms

Toviri reserves the right to update or modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify users via the app, website or email where appropriate. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
